This notice covers FIELD42 website applications and partnership forms. It does not describe separate Hire42 or Stratus Results processes.
Builder applications may include name, age, city, school or organization, contact details, skills, project answers and links you choose to provide. Partnership enquiries may include organization, role, email and a collaboration brief. Legacy Talent forms may include a CV.
Only for human review, deciding whether a concrete fit exists, responding to the submitter and—after separate explicit consent—creating a Builder or project record.
Application records and CVs use private Vercel storage and are not exposed through public URLs. Access should be limited to people responsible for review and operations.
We do not sell application data. Applying is not consent to publish a profile, work or organization name; publication requires separate confirmation and consent. Recruitment or enterprise delivery moves into the relevant brand’s separate process.
Data should be kept only while needed for review and possible follow-up. A fixed deletion schedule has not yet been formally approved. You can submit an access or deletion request through the Partner form using your application reference; do not repeat sensitive information in that request.
Young Builders is intended for ages 15–24. Applicants under 18 should discuss the submission with a parent or guardian. The website does not currently offer an application route for people under 15.
Do not submit passwords, identity documents, financial information, medical information or third-party data you do not have the right to share. No internet transmission or storage system is absolutely secure.
Use the Partner form, select “Privacy / Data Request,” describe the access or deletion request and include your application reference.
